The indoor swimming pool was warm, and I loved it. Breakfast was awesome with many choices offered. I found plenty of information available about local walks.
The bathroom fan did not turn off .

I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. the location is amazing for exploring the new forest and coast. the room was comfy and clean. the pool was good, so it was excellent value!
my special treat from my kids was a little disappointing. i sat at a tiny table squashed against curtains in a very depressing room. the food was very average so it felt overpriced. scones were hard and tasteless, but the tea was the best part.

The location is superb. I could easily walk to shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, notably at reception. the swimming pool was a bonus, especially since they provide towels. i also appreciated the clean changing rooms with showers.

I loved the alice in wonderland theme. It was lovely!!! the savouries were perfect. i liked that kelly was very attentive and chatty.
The pool changing rooms are not a real changing room. They are just a toilet and shower.

I found the staff cute. They were eager to assist with any request. The location is AMAZING!!! allowing easy access to nearby attractions without needing a car. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a nice way to relax after a day of exploring.
The hotel felt a bit warm, and I couldn't seem to adjust the temperature in my room.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel offered ample parking. I appreciated the charging stations for electric cars. The location was good for visiting nearby attractions.
I noticed seating near the pool could improve. I found it hard to watch my kids while they were in the pool. There was nowhere to sit nearby.
