superb city center stay
great location clean room comfortable bed
The hotel location was fantastic. It was very close to the center. the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. breakfast was good, too. I enjoyed it a lot.

Valet parking was available, it's so convenient! the staff was friendly! nothing was too much trouble. i found the whatsapp messaging system to the reception very easy. It was convenient to use.
the rooms are london small, really small, i felt cramped. the hotel is seriously dark, even in the day! it might be depressing if i stayed longer. the doorman wasn't overly friendly, a simple greeting would have been nice.

the valet parking was super convenient and the location is central! the staff was really friendly, and i just loved the cocktail bar.
the hotel is quite dark, but it gives it a very cozy feel! i would prefer slightly brighter lighting.

I felt welcomed. dan at check-in was so nice and helpful! dave, the porter, carefully showed me to my room, setting a positive tone for my stay. i really enjoyed the beautifully arranged turndown service. My room had chocolates and fresh tissues.
the air conditioning wouldn't turn off, even after i tried the wall control panel, a little annoying.

the staff was friendly. the wi-fi worked seamlessly.
i went to the bar but every table was reserved. there was a function nearby, so i could not get a seat at the hotel. i stayed there and later that evening, i was told that no drinks were served after 11.30pm, even to hotel guests.

The staff were very cute. I especially appreciated the breakfast with its many great options and tasty offerings. Boris delivered excellent service, and his professionalism stood out. I would definitely stay here again. The atmosphere was stylish and very calm.

The room had tea and coffee facilities. The aircon worked SO WELL on a hot day. The bathroom is nice. the water didn't drain quickly enough and flooded the floor, but that was fine!
The lighting throughout the hotel was too dim. It was unexpected.
