the staff was friendly and helpful! the location is perfect, so reaching the city by foot was easy. it's also very close to the railway station. the hotel is completely refurbished, so the bar is modern and drinks are well priced.

the car park wasn't enormous..

the breakfast layout was excellent. it tasted great too (i loved the pastries). the room was very very comfy and tidy. the staff were helpful and accommodating.

the room was very small. there was no room for our clothing and it was poorly lit due to the lighting. the safe in the room was on the floor and i could not read the numbers on the front of it.

The location is so awesome! It's super close to the railway station. All attractions are nearby. The breakfast had great choices.

The room felt a little cramped. The window overlooked a brick wall. Doors slam, I heard a lot of noise.

the staff were lovely. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices for food and drinks! Hot food was filled constantly. A male staff member clearing up in the dining area during breakfast was polite and well mannered.

The room had poor lighting. Due to the lighting in the room, it felt very dark. There was no information in the room explaining the operating instructions relating to the safe either. This was a problem.
