The staff was very warm and friendly, while remaining professional. The rooms were very clean and well-serviced. I found the food to be excellent (especially the fish). The restaurant had amazing views both inside and out.
The open window let in traffic noise, something to note for light sleepers (earplugs may help).

the room included a comfy bed on the large size and a spotlessly clean shower. food at lunch was excellent (i especially liked the sandwiches!).
