charming stay!
convenient location many choices attentive staff modern decor
I appreciated the convenient location near the park and ride. it made visiting nearby attractions very easy. the breakfast offered many choices and tasted delicious. the staff members were attentive and polite. Callum, in particular, offered fantastic assistance. i liked the traditional and modern decor.
the kettle in my room needed replacing because it had some stains. BUT they quickly replaced it.

helpful staff gluten-free options
the food was AMAZING!!! the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. i especially liked the gluten-free options available, including bread for breakfast, which catered to my son's dietary needs.
i noticed flies landing on the uncovered bread for toast in the morning.

The room was clean and well soundproofed. I did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms. the shower had good water pressure and was easy to control. the hairdryer provided worked well and was much better than others i have used.

adequate but flawed
no windows lack of air conditioning
the location was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking available
the room was quite hot as there were no windows i could open for fresh air there was also no air conditioning the lack of ventilation made the room stuffy and uncomfortable also i overheard another guest complaining about hairs and stains on the bed sheets in their room this raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards

friendly staff clean room amazing view excellent food
The staff was very warm and friendly, while remaining professional. The rooms were very clean and well-serviced. I found the food to be excellent (especially the fish). The restaurant had amazing views both inside and out.
The open window let in traffic noise, something to note for light sleepers (earplugs may help).

the room included a comfy bed on the large size and a spotlessly clean shower. food at lunch was excellent (i especially liked the sandwiches!).
