i liked the complimentary mini bar. it included beers, cola, chocolate and waters. the front desk staff was nice. they gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit.

i noticed a slight lack of daily room cleaning, despite asking for it.

the location was convenient. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the design throughout the hotel was very excellent. the room felt clean and quite spacious too.

The hotel informed me about no room service . I could request new towels. then, the receptionist told me there were no new towels available. i also found two flights of stairs difficult with luggage, one before reception and another before reaching my assigned room. the noise from birds roosting outside my window bothered me. I needed earplugs to sleep.
