Convenient and Comfortable Stay

convenient location good room nice selection helpful staff

I found the location quite convenient, especially with the metro station so close (just a short walk!). The room was also comfortable and a good size for my needs. Breakfast provided a nice selection of options. The staff was pleasant and helpful .

I noticed that the hotel hallways seemed a bit worn.

The breakfast included both hot and cold options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The dining area was kept clean and well-stocked (there were always enough plates). The coffee machine was easy to use and offered a variety of beverages.

My room featured a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect after a long day. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided toiletries. There was also a coffee machine in the room and complimentary coffee capsules.

The reception staff were helpful with directions and information about local transportation. Check-in was efficient, and I received clear instructions. The hotel also offered luggage storage, which I really needed (my flight was late!).

missing refrigerator unbearable noise

the location was convenient near the airport.

i was annoyed the room lacked basic amenities. there was no refrigerator to keep drinks cold (i really needed one after travelling). the absence of proper ventilation made the room stuffy and uncomfortable plus the noise from outside when i opened the window was unbearable.

breakfast buffet food selection hotel location poor pillows broken dispenser noise problem

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. The room was clean and up to standard. The hotel is near the airport, so travel was easy.

The pillows were not great. The soap dispenser in the bathroom kept falling apart. I could hear neighbours screaming in the morning. It was very noisy.

convenient location helpful supermarket

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's a short walk to the airport. I also appreciated the supermarket located across the street (especially helpful for buying snacks and drinks).
