the hotel design impressed me. i found a comfortable bed in my room. the staff were really friendly and very helpful. the location is very good, close to many key attractions, i appreciated the easy access to tivoli gardens.

i noticed the music from the reception was a bit loud during the night, it affected my sleep a little.
