“The leaning towers create an unforgettable landmark, and I was struck by the modern design, especially the living wall in the lobby. Its proximity to the Bella Center is a practical advantage, but the Sky Bar and exceptional breakfast also make it a noteworthy destination for leisure. The hotel's Asian-inspired rooftop restaurant is a particularly interesting touch.”

Great Amenities
close station friendly staff free croissants hotel umbrella
the train station is very close (it takes you right downtown). getting to the airport was easy. the hotel provided umbrellas when it rained, useful. i found the staff efficient and friendly, even offering free croissants in the morning.
my room had a slight musty odor in the bathroom.
Facilities
9/10
the elevators were quick and efficient, minimizing wait times. taxis were readily available just outside the hotel entrance. the metro station is also within a short 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Dining
8/10
i enjoyed the breakfast, especially the takeaway coffee cups (allowing me to grab a coffee on the go!). the hotel has both a lobby bar with brasserie and a sky bar that closes at 11 pm.

adequate stay with some letdowns
unhelpful staff dirty windows
the location is quite convenient, a short walk to the metro station.
I found the reception staff quite unhelpful. They seemed poorly trained. i asked about local attractions but the staff didn't know simple information (i expected them to at least suggest local attractions). the room was okay, but the windows were noticeably dirty, detracting from the view.
