I found the location convenient. it was near the train station and tivoli gardens was close too. i appreciated the luggage facilities. They were useful after checkout. the staff was helpful, a plus.

the room felt cold since my room was in the floor's last section. also, the internet connection wasn't strong.

my room had a good size. the private bathroom included soap and a toilet roll. i was also able to get more coffee at the reception.

the shower was barely usable. it was a tiny cabin wetroom. my husband used it, but said it was freezing or scalding hot.

i found the location very convenient it was near the train station and tivoli park. access to the airport and shops was easy. the staff was kind the wifi was strong.

the room's window only opened a small amount hindering proper ventilation.
