the location provides easy access to transport options. the staff members in the restaurant were friendly. the lounge bar offered a cute atmosphere to relax.
i found the hotel check-in process somewhat slow. the app did not seem to expedite desk service. i expected a smoother procedure with technology integration.

the room had a great panoramic city view it was on the 18th floor the room was also clean and stylish i found the breakfast selection to be very good too the staff were helpful and pleasant i appreciated the early check-in option. the hotel is near a metro station this made accessing different parts of the city convenient i also noticed the availability of parking directly at the hotel, a definite plus. the staff was always smiling and helpful with anything. my room was always cleaned and had good linen. the meals and drinks were great, the service was very efficient.

The rooms were clean and tidied daily, I noticed. I found the room size quite sufficient for my needs. The location is convenient, as it is a short walk or bus ride to the main tourist attractions. I also found it close to both metro and bus stops, great for exploring!
I thought storage in the room could be slightly improved.

the location was great, very close to public transportation. i found the room spacious and well-kept. i appreciated the gym facilities with good equipment and a clean environment. the breakfast offered many fresh options.
the heating system was not functional in my room , it blasted heat all the time. i found it hard to regulate the temperature.
