the air conditioning wasn't working on our first night so we had to change rooms when arriving at 1am i received no compensation for this it reminded me of my hostel days during university

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

The breakfast was acceptable (not really good).
The shower flooded the bathroom floor because the shower curtain was too short. There was no metal spoon provided for coffee or tea, only stirrers. I also found hairs on the bedding.
