uneven stay experience
clean roomleaking tapflooded sink unit
the room was clean, i guess.
The bathroom sink tap leaked, so it flooded the sink unit. I found that slightly annoying.

adequate stay but some issues
super clean beddingbroken air conditioninglack of ventilation
the room was clean and looked after well the bedding looked super clean.
the air conditioning did not work it was frustrating i had to move rooms in the middle of the night external temperatures were around 14 but the room was over 22 even with the fan on i found it difficult to sleep before a long journey home for a funeral. there were no opening windows available for ventilation , made the stuffy room more uncomfortable the air con needs fixing.

The rooms were immaculate with comfy beds. Showers were great too. the staff was super friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent.
The room was too hot to sleep in even with ac turned to the lowest setting! bedrooms have sealed windows. Fresh air was unavailable. fans are available from reception. They do not help to reduce temperature.
