good location central train station huge park unhelpful staff single pillow twin beds request

i found the location quite good. it was easy to reach from the central train station. i also appreciated that a huge park was nearby. lots of restaurants were within walking distance.

the staff seemed friendly but not very helpful. i only got one pillow per person. i asked for more, but only received one extra after some effort. i also requested twin beds but was told i needed an upgrade for an extra charge.

the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.

The room felt quite cramped, and the layout was awkward. The bed was pushed against a wall, restricting access. a strange smell was present. i asked for assistance with luggage storage before check-in, but this incurred an unexpected charge! it felt nickel-and-dimed throughout my visit, and this was rather disappointing.

the location was good and very close to the attractions. free wifi i get it and it was superb. i am grateful.

rooms feel too small. even though i choose a bigger version it still felt that way. it's really not comfortable to stay as a couple here, no space to even dress.
