I found the breakfast to be a highlight. The fresh fruits and vegetables provided a quality start to each day. the hotel bar had good, professional service. check-out was very easy. I recommend this hotel. the room also featured a workbench.

The gym incurred extra costs, which I thought was unusual for a hotel of this supposed standard. The breakfast, although varied, lacked fresh products, becoming monotonous after a few days. I expected more variation at a 4-star hotel.

the location was amazing, very close to the music hall and just a short walk to the city center. the front desk staff were super professional, and they were always available. i especially loved the italian gummy candies they provided at the front lobby!!! room service replaced cleaning products daily if needed. the hotel gym had everything i needed to keep up with my exercise routine.
the pillows were too thin for my taste.
