the location worked well. it was close to both train and underground stations. a business focused hotel, it was also good for a private vacation. i found everything accessible, which i like.

i didnt get my room cleaned once . i did not put out a sign, so i hoped someone would clean the room. i needed to ask for more toilet paper and clean towels. no one picked up the dirty cups.

the receptionist called a taxi to the airport for me the next morning. the process was very efficient. this made leaving simple, i appreciate that kind of support.

The location near the train station was EXCELLENT. Check-in was quick. It was REALLY nice they found connecting rooms for my family (super convenient!). The bar staff were fantastic. They made AMAZING cocktails. I REALLY appreciated their knowledge.

I found the air conditioning difficult to manage. The room felt warmer than I expected, even with the AC running. I had to open the window to cool down the room. I hope they can fix this in the future.

Staff provided a VERY QUICK check-in and check-out process. They responded to our request for connected rooms. The bar staff demonstrated knowledge when crafting cocktails not on the menu. I found the service to be satisfactory.

the complimentary water was a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet offered great variety (i loved the fresh fruit!).

i found some of the reception staff to be a bit unfriendly. the room temperature was also difficult to regulate and i could not cool it down properly (this was quite annoying).
