Exquisite Stay Near the Station

convenient location major attractions helpful staff

I found the location convenient it was a short walk from the train station. Major attractions were nearby making exploration easy. I particularly enjoyed evening shopping close to the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful.

The elevator system was a bit confusing. I occasionally got turned around trying to find my way.

The Superior Double Room View had large windows that opened allowing fresh air. The bathroom included a spacious shower with good water pressure. Bed linens were soft and of good quality contributing to a restful sleep.

The staff was polite and very helpful, they assisted with directions and local information. the room was spacious and well-kept. I appreciated the turndown service. breakfast offered many options including a delicious variety of foods and prosecco, it felt luxurious. the building was beautifully decorated.

My room was located a bit far from reception. Navigating the multiple staircases was slightly inconvenient.

The staff readily provided directions and local information upon request. transportation was promptly arranged by the concierge when i needed it. turndown service was efficient. Complimentary water was provided each night.
