a decent hotel with minor issues

central location helpful staff charming feel loud music front desk noise problem

the location was very central to everything i wanted to see. the staff were friendly and helpful. the sitting room had a charming feel, like i was visiting someone's home. i did appreciate the ac unit.

live music played every night and was loud. it went on until nearly 1:00am. i asked the front desk about it, but did not receive much help. the noise made it hard to sleep.

loud hallway poor insulation

I must say, the noise levels were quite something. it was hard to relax during the day because staff were always chatting loudly in the hallways. the room insulation wasn't great, and i could hear everything. It made sleeping difficult. the breakfast was fine.

central location hotel history amazing view

This hotel has a great location! I walked to all the main attractions. What a score. The hotel preserved its history, which really added to the experience. The Beautiful room had a great plaza view. It was perfect for people watching from my own space!

The older male at the front desk acted rude. This was pretty off-putting. I was uncomfortable asking questions because of his attitude.

The breakfast buffet featured many options that suited different tastes. This was very convenient, and I could always find something I wanted to eat. The dining room had a cheerful staff, and they offered cappuccino and espresso each morning.

Valet parking is available, a big plus, and the hotel registers your license plate, because the hotel sits in the ZTL area. The hotel lobby offers fresh water and coffee, so I felt very welcome at any hour of the day.

great breakfast superb location small room abrupt staff

the breakfast had lots of choice i thought it was a great start to the day. the hotel has a superb location close to numerous restaurants and shops everything was within walking distance.

the room was small and the bathroom felt tiny. the reception staff seemed abrupt i wasn't happy with the service.

the room i had was not like the photos online it was smaller there was no bidet the receptionist said the photos are only symbolic. the security door to the floor below the reception did not always close unauthorized access was possible

The hotel is near many shops. A taxi stand is right outside. Breakfast included croissants, ham, and eggs. The staff served cappuccinos with smiles. Rooms featured high ceilings and good air conditioning.

I found the room temperature too hot even with the heating switched off i still needed to open the window. This resulted in noise and mosquitoes i did not expect. The staff at reception did not recommend any places so i had to ask for a map.
