the room i had was not like the photos online it was smaller there was no bidet the receptionist said the photos are only symbolic. the security door to the floor below the reception did not always close unauthorized access was possible

The hotel is near many shops. A taxi stand is right outside. Breakfast included croissants, ham, and eggs. The staff served cappuccinos with smiles. Rooms featured high ceilings and good air conditioning.

Loud music played every night. It made sleeping difficult.

The staff were helpful with directions and restaurant reservations. The reception and breakfast service were pleasant and efficient, fulfilling requests with a smile, which enhanced my overall experience.

The breakfast had a super selection. There was water and juice available 24 hours. The opera music during breakfast was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the pistachio croissants each morning.

I found the room temperature too hot even with the heating switched off i still needed to open the window. This resulted in noise and mosquitoes i did not expect. The staff at reception did not recommend any places so i had to ask for a map.
