The hotel location is great I arrived by taxi without issues. The staff at reception were very cute and it was nice to leave our luggage after checkout. Breakfast had a decent variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit I found it fulfilling.
The quality of the hotel did not match a 4 star rating I noticed. The room needed better cleaning I saw mold in some places and dirty towels. I found few cosmetics in the room, only soap and shower gel were provided.

the breakfast included bacon. they had eggs available too. i liked that the rooftop bar offered postcard views. it was helpful to stay so close to the city's attractions, including the tower.

The hotel's proximity to the main attractions met my expectations. The tower was only a short walk away.
My room was like a time capsule from decades ago. I doubt anything was updated since the 80s. The worn-out state made it unpleasant, and everything felt old and tired. At least it was clean, I guess.

Good location near the leaning tower

i liked the location. it was a couple of minutes walk from the leaning tower. the room has a balcony with views of the tower. the outdoor viewing area had again, views of the tower. there are many restaurants nearby.
the hotel is old and i think, needs some updates. the rooms have bad isolation, so you can hear noise from the streets.

the rooftop bar offers fantastic views. the breakfast includes a good selection of pastries, yogurt, and fruit. bacon and scrambled eggs are also available each morning for the guests.

The room was quite disappointing. The air conditioning did not work well. the bathroom was also outdated with some visible mold. the price i paid really didn't match the condition of the hotel.
