Mitsis Royal Mare offers 25 seawater pools, including two large outdoor recreational pools, a children's pool, and a heated indoor pool. Additional facilities include a modern fitness center with a sauna and hammam (available at extra charge), and the Aldemar Tennis Club, featuring seven red-clay tennis courts (with instruction available at extra charge). The Thalasso Centre features 69 therapies and 4 secluded pools (available at extra charge). Other activities include beach volleyball.
Location and Access
Mitsis Royal Mare is located on Crete's north coast, overlooking the Blue Flag-awarded beach of Anissaras. It is 25 km from Nikos Kazantzakis Airport. Nearby attractions include Aquaworld Aquarium, Convention Centre Creta Maris (1.5 km), and Piskopiano Museum of Rural Life (3 km). Port of Hersonissos and Star Beach Water Park are also nearby. The hotel is near another big cross road where special signs are placed to help you come to the hotel.
