useless thermostat breakfast quality

the room was clean enough, i suppose.

The thermostat was practically useless. It might as well have been a decorative knob. breakfast was a joke. The scrambled eggs looked to have aged a day or two under the heat lamps... there was also an unexpected charge for something i didn't even use..

the hotel location is amazing for travel. the rooms are new with comfortable bed. staff are friendly and helpful when i had questions. breakfast had many choices, but i wanted selection of fish on the buffet.

the staff was very friendly. rooms were super clean. breakfast was very good but a fish selection could improve it. signage from arrivals could get better.

the check-in process was a bit slow. i was asked for a reference number i didn't have. they said there were no rooms available but this was wrong.

proximity to the airport is fantastic. it is across the road. transport links are good too. it provides easy access to the airport terminals and public transportation, so commuting is very convenient.

the drink selection at the bar was good. i got a great range of options. the bar is open until 1 am, this allows for a relaxing drink before bed. the restaurant provides a relaxed experience.

they helped with our questions. extra pillows were provided quickly when requested. excellent service at the guest service was given. they ensured a smooth stay.
