The location was convenient. It was near the town hall.

The room had air conditioning, but the air was stale and stuffy. It made it hard to breathe properly. I hoped for fresh air.

The room was nicely furnished (i especially liked the decor). The hotel provided christmas decorations on Christmas Eve, lovely.

The hotel could do with installing soundproof windows. I could hear some outside noise.

The location is very central. The city hall and tivoli gardens are a short walk. the metro is also only three minutes away. the minibar had complimentary wine and beer upon arrival, though it was not restocked . the room itself was comfortable.

I noticed there was no light switch immediately near the door. I had to walk across the dark room to turn on a lamp.

the location is very central. it is close to the metro station and a short walk to the train station. the 7-eleven downstairs is handy for quick needs (i used it for snacks!).

i asked for cleaning and towel changes, but it was not done (it was a bit annoying). when i complained, i was offered a pass to the lounge. i arrived at the lounge at 8:00 p.m., but only snacks were available. it seemed like i was not informed correctly about meal times.
