amazing stay! would book again!

i had a cool double room on a corner, it was a great size. the bed was very comfortable! i really appreciated the extras, a fridge, slippers, dressing gowns, bottled water, and a coffee machine. the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and tasty, stocked throughout the hours. the free wine between 5-6 was fantastic. there is an honesty bar if you want more drinks (bonus!).
a very slight negative fact is the coffee machine in the lobby was a nuisance to work.

organic breakfast included sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese, fruits, juice, and various pastries. the breakfast staff was extraordinary, they ensured every guest was able to get what they wanted. i loved the tasty breakfast!

this hotel is situated close to train and metro stations, this makes exploring convenient. plenty of restaurants are located in the vesterbro district (great for dinner!). the location is perfect for exploring.

the hotel has a sister hotel across the road, guests can obtain bar vouchers by choosing no room service. a water dispenser in the lobby allows you to get still or sparkling water. i thought the lobby was very nice.

The location is very convenient, close to the central station. Access to the airport is very easy. Breakfast provided a good selection. Staff members are polite and helpful. I found the happy hour to be a nice surprise.

The staff offered a complimentary glass of wine between 5-6pm daily. This was a nice touch. The reception staff was available 24/7 to assist. The staff seemed invested in. The staff responded very quickly to all requests.
