I got a family room, and it was spacious. the breakfast choices were really good. So much variety! the location is really perfect. Close to the tram and very near to the city center and malls.
the room was cold. we let the staff know but they did not fix it. the slippers weren't included in the standard room, disappointing. although they said they would make an exception for slippers, they couldn't provide them.

the staff upgraded us to a family room. they ensured our satisfaction. the breakfast variety was huge! the view from our room directly overlooked the port. the staff was professional and friendly, which i appreciated.
the gym's sauna had limited hours and was located inside of it.

the family room had two double beds, which suited my needs. i found the room clean. the separate shower and toilet were convenient. the room's size was super, which i liked.

The breakfast buffet provided many options. Staff helped make arrangements to store our luggage at another location.
The room was not soundproof. I could hear noise from outside and other guests. The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. The room felt stuffy even with the AC running.

expensive breakfastfitness center closure
The room temperature was hard to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold I couldn't find a happy medium. The breakfast was quite expensive I thought. I was also disappointed that the hotel didn't inform me about the sauna and fitness center closure , a heads-up or some compensation would have been nice.
