I was a bit annoyed with a couple of things. first, the towels felt rather rough (not what i expect from this kind of hotel). also, the minibar was completely empty upon arrival, and i had to call to request it be stocked. This took several hours, inconvenient (especially after a long day of travel). it would have been better if these things were checked beforehand.

The hotel had a great location in the city center, made getting around easy.

The room I booked was not what I expected. The bathroom floor always flooded after showering because of poor design. the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. I could only change it by two degrees.

The hotel provided a great central location near shops and transport links. i found the cleanliness perfect in all parts of the hotel. the staff were friendly and supportive. I really appreciated that.

the basic breakfast offered was not special, though nothing was wrong.

I found a very clean and nice sauna and gym. an ice machine was available on every floor. there was a possibility to choose from pillows of different softness. That was really lovely.
