The hotel is well-kept, and my room was super clean. Reception staff were helpful (the concierge too). Breakfast had many options. Bar staff members were plentiful and friendly.

I found the breakfast selection amazing. It had many choices and was well-presented. The location is prime. It is very convenient to access many places throughout the city. I liked that requests could be made via a QR code on the website rather than calling reception.
I noticed the air conditioning did not seem to work as effectively as I expected.

Staff members at the front desk were amazing. They were helpful and happy to talk to me. The team provided a friendly smile even during the rush to serve the buffet. The hotel also provides safe luggage storage.
