GREAT hotel near EVERYTHING

helpful staff wide variety central location luggage lockers

i found the staff helpful and friendly, ESPECIALLY with directions. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the central location made it easy to access all attractions, and the train station was just steps away. i also used luggage storage lockers, they come in different sizes.

the pillows felt a little lumpy.

The location provided excellent access! i was near the central station. It made getting around very easy. the lifts worked consistently throughout my visit. the front desk staff gave helpful advice, and the hotel's proximity to food outlets was beneficial.

the room lacked a mini-bar, which would have been a useful addition.

the location was very convenient to the main train station. it was easy to get around from there. the staff was also helpful with directions and information. the rooms were clean and well maintained.

the room was a bit small for three adults. there was not enough space to unpack comfortably. the breakfast area got very crowded during peak hours. the lift service was sometimes slow due to the high number of guests.
