the location near the train station was helpful. i appreciated having a cafe in the lobby for quick refreshments.
The hotel app had some issues, and i couldn't book room cleaning through it. The room wasn't cleaned otherwise!

The location is excellent. It is close to the Ostbahnhof station, the East Side Gallery, and the Uber Arena. Online check-in and check-out using the app were very easy. The room was nice and neat.
I noticed the absence of a kettle in the room. This meant that I could not make tea or coffee without leaving the room. Supplying a kettle would enhance the convenience.

The breakfast had a large selection of spreads like hummus and feta cheese. Packaged butter was available, which I appreciated. I liked the wide variety.

I liked how close the hotel was to public transport. The East Side Gallery was also nearby. The hotel lobby had a cozy feel and a coffee shop. Self check-in using the app was simple. I could unlock my room with my phone too.
The pillows felt too soft for proper support.
