street noise faulty coffee machine

the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear street noise, especially at night. This really bothered me! also, the coffee machine in the room was difficult to use and seemed old. it didn't work well and leaked a little, made a mess on the counter. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the hotel location is excellent for visiting the philharmonic (it is really close). i found the spa facilities to be excellent. the bar also served innovative cocktails and had nice decor.

Good Hotel with a very Central Location

I liked that I could walk to many things. The Mall of Location and Checkpoint Charlie are a short walk away. I stayed here for six nights. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. I had a good time at the bar.

The hotel breakfast is expensive. It cost 44 euro if you do not have it on your room package.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Servers were always smiling and helpful. I like the amazing pastries, cheeses, etc on offer. There was a wide selection available for any customer.
