I found the breakfast buffet HUGE , it offered a great variety. Staff seemed very engaged and helpful. The doormen were always friendly and cute, a NICE start to each day.

The room I stayed in needed some tlc , the bathroom heater was not working. The tv did not work for English speakers , that was annoying. Spa facilities needed maintenance, some were out of order.

the hotel's location near the brandenburg gate was fantastic. an outside terrace provided a great spot to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink while watching people. breakfast offered an amazing selection of items. i found the staff consistently excellent.

The check-in process seemed a bit slow. I waited longer than expected.

I found the location fantastic, it is right beside the brandenburg gate. the terrace offered a great spot to sit in the sun. Enjoying a drink while watching people pass by. breakfast was amazing with many choices. i also appreciated the attentive service from all staff. They were excellent.

the minibar felt quite modest, i expected it to be more elaborate for a hotel of this standing.
