The location was very convenient, near a variety of attractions, and i found a mall located just next door. My suite was excellent. the bed and pillows offered great comfort. the black out curtains worked perfectly, ensuring no morning sun disturbed my sleep. i found the separate walk in shower and tub particularly useful. i appreciated having a separate living space to relax, apart from the bed.

i noticed the breakfast seemed quite costly, especially considering other dining options nearby.

The gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. I found it adequate for a complete workout. the pool area has twenty loungers available. a section offering shade. It was well kept and seemed appropriate. a sauna is also available.

The staff were helpful and offered quick responses to requests. I noticed they were consistently available at reception. check in was efficient, and i received clear details on hotel services and amenities. they provided luggage assistance.

The room cleaning left MUCH to be desired. i found hair in the bathtub when i got there, QUITE unhygienic. the hotel didn't respond to my complaints, completely unacceptable.

I found my stay quite charmed. The beds are really comfortable. The hotel location is convenient. I did appreciate the proximity to a shopping mall and restaurants. The Philharmonic is nearby and had children's book readings.

My room sat right next to some technical shaft. This did. It was difficult to sleep.

The breakfast buffet had a large menu. There was also a good discount for Baltic Spa given to hotel guests. I did find a nice array of choices.
