convenient location clean bedroom comfortable bed street noise faulty lamps peculiar stopper
The location is quite convenient near the main train station. the bedroom was clean and quite spacious, with a double bed that i found comfortable. the bathroom was also clean. I found it well laid out too.
I experienced some noise from the street. New windows might help. i also had trouble working the bedside lamps.. i never got them to light up.

adequate, but needs improvement

constant traffic noise poor breakfast organisation
The room faced a busy road junction and the window did not seal properly. traffic noise was constant throughout the night , made sleep difficult. breakfast was quite disorganized. Several items were missing, staff seemed overwhelmed. fresh cups were slow to appear. It gave an impression of being understaffed and poorly managed during a busy period.
