fantastic stay!

clean room friendly staff convenient location

the room was clean! there was lots of space, a real plus. staff members were super friendly, a really warm welcome. location worked well for everything i needed, so convenient. the breakfast buffet was amazing, what a treat. the hotel has smart tvs and modern bathrooms, super useful.

The available car park area was poorly lit.

the room was very spacious and clean. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. a separate toilet was included, always welcome. all staff members were friendly and helpful.

upon arrival, i noticed a takeaway carton and a used cloth in the bathroom.

The staff were all helpful, from the reception to the bar. I found the staff very friendly and engaged. Any interaction was a pleasure. The room itself was large, a real bonus was the sofa. Parking was easy, and the location suited my needs perfectly.

Some room elements felt a little dated.

The hotel location is quiet offering a peaceful stay. A bus stop to Manchester is just a short walk across the road. It is very convenient. Worsley looked to be an interesting spot, with several pubs for dining.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. It was useful.

The hairdryer in the room malfunctioned. It singed my hair. the metal elements became bright red. a facelift is really needed
