a decent stay
convenient location friendly staff clean room missing accessories peeling wallpaper lacking heating
the location was convenient for the activities i had planned. the staff were friendly and cute (especially martin at reception). the room was nice and neat.
the room lacked some accessories. i noticed the wallpaper was peeling. there was no proper heating.

the staff was helpful for directions. breakfast had a good variety of foods. i found free parking a plus. the location was great for exploring the area.
our room was small. the walls was paper thin, i could hear everything. the building feel dated with repairs needed. our window was broken and fix with a piece of wood.

pleasant stay near the promenade
cute staff free parking excellent location
i found the staff very cute. free parking was a great convenience. i appreciated that the cleaner was very polite and asked if i needed anything extra. the location is excellent , a short walk to a tram stop and close to the promenade.
the hotel corridors was a bit dated.

the hotel offers complimentary parking , provided space is available. guests can easily access nearby transport with bus stops located directly outside. a tram stop is conveniently within a five minute walk from the hotel.

the staff was friendly and helpful, according to my experience. the room cleaner was especially polite and attentive. they proactively inquired whether i required any additional amenities, which i greatly appreciated.

a lovely stay it really was
helpful staff tireless lads wonderful hen
martin and adam were wonderful, always so kind and ready to assist. the hotel evolves, the lads work tirelessly. i appreciated them helping my daughter and her sisters enjoy such wonderful hen weekend.
i did have a minor issue that i had to park far away from the hotel. this was due to limited parking spaces, which did cause a bit of inconvenience upon arrival.
