i found the staff very cute. free parking was a great convenience. i appreciated that the cleaner was very polite and asked if i needed anything extra. the location is excellent , a short walk to a tram stop and close to the promenade.
the hotel corridors looked a bit dated.

martin and adam were wonderful, always so kind and ready to assist. the hotel evolves, the lads work tirelessly. i appreciated them helping my daughter and her sisters enjoy such wonderful hen weekend.
i did have a minor issue that i had to park far away from the hotel. this was due to limited parking spaces, which did cause a bit of inconvenience upon arrival.
