The swimming pool had good facilities. I found THAT acceptable.

the coffee machine WAS broken. also, the furniture seemed dated to me. this, because it seemed like i was stepping back in time instead of relaxing in a modern space.

the room was spacious and clean with regular laundry services. the staff explained the layout and hotel facilities, which i found very helpful. they accommodated my late arrival and remained available whenever i needed assistance. the location near lancaster offers a peaceful retreat with easy access via car or the local bus service just outside the gates.

during my stay, the internet access was not always reliable, experiencing occasional dropouts which was a bit frustrating.

the grounds feature a play area for children. a swimming pool that is very well maintained. the hotel includes a lovely on-site restaurant and a bar with takeaway pizzas. parking is available near the main entrance, providing convenient access.

The two-bedroom apartment included a fully equipped kitchen. It was a real home from home. there were comfortable beds, and the cleanliness was very excellent. appliances for everyday comfort were present.

The restaurant provided great food and service. It was amazing!!! i enjoyed the dining experience very much. the restaurant ambiance. i especially recommend their pizzas for takeaway. They are delicious.

Wonderful apartment, great location

The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the woodland view, where I saw many squirrels, and the ducks ate right from my hand. The grounds were beautiful, and I appreciated the historic hall.

I did notice slightly noisy pipes in a cupboard at night.
