the hotel staff were very helpful. jazeel was quick to sort things out. the food at dinner was amazing, especially the stacked burger with fries and sauce. i had a wonderful couples massage which was a fantastic experience to end the weekend away.

the receptionist asked if i wanted to book into the spa but they didn't mention that it wasn't finished.

There is a bargain booze and tesco store located a short drive from the hotel. this allows guests to easily obtain any extra necessities or supplies they may require . This is very convenient.

Breakfast had a good selection including classic english breakfast, pastries, fruits, cereals and cheese. staff were very good at refilling food and helpful with cutlery and tables. This ensured a smooth breakfast experience. chef molly is doing a great job.

The bathroom was spacious and very clean. the room was quiet. This ensured a good holiday. the room decorating is coming along and looks modern, and the redesigned room is really nice and clean. This makes for a comfortable experience.

I adore the room. it was lovely with a shared balcony of maybe five rooms. the bathroom includes excellent facilities. breakfast was delicious. It had everything you need. staff were very friendly and helpful.

the leisure club and gym were great, i especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. breakfast was also good (i really liked the variety of options). the room was clean, i couldn't hear anything, despite two weddings happening at the hotel.

we received vague instructions on how to reach our cottage room after checking in at the main reception. this involved navigating poorly lit roads for quite a distance.

I was given a really dated room and it smelled bad. It gave off creepy, 90s vibes. they eventually put me in another room, but someone had already slept there and there was food on the floor.
