i find that so many hotels show their age with power points in inaccessible places and bathrooms in need of updates. this hotel is modern and everything was logically designed to be of good quality. the staff were friendly and cute in all areas. breakfast was as good as any i have experienced.
i received many emails from them, at least three reminding us we needed to pay by a link if we hadn't chose to pay at the hotel. another three tried to sell us extras. these systems are a good idea if they are used properly. it was a minor inconvenience.

I found the staff very helpful. the location was excellent for accessing the city center and public transport. the cleanliness was great. My room was super clean upon arrival. i also appreciated the comfortable bed. I slept soundly each night.
The tea-making facilities were not checked. One biscuit pack was open.

The breakfast selection offered a wide variety. I enjoyed the fresh pastries. there were gluten-free options available, a plus. the coffee machine produced consistently good drinks. The food was AMAZING!!!

it was easy to find. it was also easily accessible from the train station (i really appreciated this).
i found a dirty plate left in my room upon arrival. the receptionist offered a different room, but then gave me a key for a similar room. it was a bit odd (i must admit!).
