coffee facilities fluffy towels quick check-in

My room had tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits. the bathroom included lots of fluffy towels and an amazing shower. This was a much needed touch after my travels. the staff welcomed me and checked me in quickly and efficiently!

The sound insulation internally wasn't great. I could hear some noise.

I enjoyed the large comfortable bed. It was great for a good night's sleep. the shower facilities offered ample space. the reception team was cute. A bit more enthusiasm during customer interactions would enhance the experience. i found the double bed very comfortable.

the noise from nearby clubs and bars made it difficult to sleep. it was quite loud outside, even late at night.

the staff were friendly and willing to help. My room had everything i needed. the room was well designed. i appreciated the location near the station. the room had coffee and biscuits.

the bathroom sink was small and not practical i found only two plug points midway down a blank wall. it was nowhere near the bed. it was also nowhere near the table.

fantastic central location

friendly staff modern room convenient location

the staff was friendly and quickly provided an extra duvet when i asked the room itself was modern and a good size i found the mattress comfortable the shower was very nice with hot water. the location really impressed me it's only minutes from the train station.

the walls felt a little thin so i could hear some noise from other rooms.

convenient location friendly welcome working amenities

The location proved convenient for accessing key areas. i appreciated the very friendly welcome upon arrival (they gave me an option of room location). the room was great. All amenities worked well and everything was very comfortable.

i found it not possible to sleep well, doors were banging through the night, and customers came in and out continuously and loudly. there was too much noise from the street, too.

romantic touches extra package

The staff was very cute. They provided an extra package for room decor, a nice touch (I really appreciated it!).

There were only two plug points midway down a blank wall. They were not near the bed.
