friendly staff great equipment lovely food
i found the staff to be super friendly and helpful . the gym had great equipment and space for a good workout. the hotel offered lovely food in each restaurant.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, it was a bit distracting.

a few minor issues
amazing staff friendly staff boring buffet cold pool
wowzer! what a hotel! the rooms are fine, spacious, clean and luxurious. the staff were excellent! the cleaner is amazing, the staff on check in were friendly and helpful.
the pool is in a separate building and you can tell the hotel doesnt belong to the hotel. it was cold, full of kids and no nice shampoo and conditioner available. breakfast was nice though the buffet was a bit boring and uninspiring given the price tag of the hotel.

super spa stay!
separate sinks rainfall shower very nice food lovely service
the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i booked dinner at bertram's, and the food was very nice. breakfast at wilfred's restaurant was also delicious with lovely self service.
i noticed a total lack of directional signs in all areas of the hotel, but its easily fixed.

bertram's provides a diverse menu with dishes prepared to a very high standard, and it features locally sourced ingredients. the atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, and the staff are very attentive. reservations are recommended to ensure availability.

the staff are generally pleasant and efficient. special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were always ready to help and give the required information. staff are generally quick to respond to requests.

the spa facilities are superb and some of the best i have ever encountered. the leisure facilities are excellent with a clean swimming pool, sauna and steam room. the gym is well equipped, also.
