The reception staff were helpful. They ensured a smooth check-in. The gym had adequate equipment. I used the treadmills and weights. Everything was in working order. Breakfast offered good variety and fresh options.
The in-room Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak.

the location was acceptable, near public transport.
The room's cleanliness was subpar. There was dust on surfaces. the bathroom floor wasn't clean either, there was hair in the shower, we were disgusted. also, the noise from outside made it hard to sleep.
