dry meatshard roast potatoes

the carvery was a bit disappointing. the meats seemed dry, almost like they had been under the lights all day. the roast potatoes were hard, and the yorkshire puddings were also dry. i think arriving earlier might result in a better experience with fresher food, but i did expect better at that hour.
