loved my stay!
gluten free options lovely room excellent service warm atmosphere
we had an excellent gluten free afternoon tea! i felt so included because the gluten free options matched the regular ones. the room we had was lovely. the service was also very good.
The wifi could have been a bit better. it was a little spotty and i had some trouble connecting at times. the overall experience was still positive. so! it did not bother me too much

broken holder slippery base
Breakfast included a very good choice of menu items.
I found several issues with my room. The loo roll holder was broken and empty. The walk-in shower had a slippery base with no grab handles. Cleanliness was substandard. I found the room wanting.

a good escape
cute atmosphere fresh breakfast convenient parking
the hotel's bar and restaurant provided a very cute atmosphere, i particularly enjoyed the twin room we booked on the ground floor. breakfast offered many choices and each item seemed very fresh and well-prepared. the helpful staff and sufficient car parking added much convenience to my visit.
i noticed some slight wear in the room, though it did not greatly impact my stay.

The twin room had comfortable beds, though the decor was somewhat dated. The space felt quite generous and the amenities provided were functional. large windows allowed good natural light, however, the view was partially obstructed.

animal hair broken curtain
The receptionist was helpful when i booked my room. I secured an easy access room on the ground floor.
I found issues . the room was not properly cleaned. I noticed animal hair everywhere. also, a curtain was broken, and the toilet roll holder was empty and damaged..

slow service room cleaning
the breakfast was particularly good and served swiftly. (i especially liked the pastries!)
I had some issues with the room cleaning. there were hairs in the bathroom and the floor didn't seem properly vacuumed. i also found the service in the restaurant slow one evening. It took quite a while for my main course to arrive, so i skipped dessert.
