Excellent stay with great service

The staff was very attentive. Cots were ready upon arrival, and extra towels were provided for the children. The hotel bar staff helped me get milk late at night for my twins (it was really helpful). I also appreciated the free and plentiful car parking.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The room featured a king-sized bed and ample storage. The bathroom was fabulous, equipped with a large walk-in shower and a freestanding bath (I really enjoyed it). A lovely patio overlooked the golf course too.

The staff were very helpful and eager to please . They went out of their way to look after my family. They do not usually provide room service. The team seemed to work together like a family.

the hotel was maintained well. staff were friendly and accommodating. an early check-in at 12:00 was booked. i arrived at 11:00. a staff member located me in the bar at 11:20. the room was ready earlier than expected. the staff offered excellent service.

The accessible twin room was perfect for my parents and the double room was great for us! the hotel was really immaculate. the staff provided world-class service. Nothing proved too much trouble. the free parking, including accessible bays, was amazing.
