Really good Stay

modern room excellent appointments

The room was modern. It had excellent appointments. A big TV and a Dyson fan are in the room. The staff members were friendly. They offered assistance promptly. Evening food at the bar was excellent quality. It also had reasonable pricing.

Some decor has chipped portions. Other decor had peeling areas. I dislike divan beds pushed together. This assembly pretends to be a king-size bed. It was sloping into the middle. It was slightly uncomfortable.

Staff members. They found a table even though the restaurant was busy. Service was great! They catered for me including gluten free items.

The hotel offers good parking. There is a sofa in the room. The room offers comfortable beds. Sea Kelp toiletries are available. They are my favourite. A cute log fire burns during the day.

the location near the university was acceptable.

the dinner was disappointing. roast potatoes lacked crispness. the yorkshire pudding was soggy. ev charging points were not operational yet.

A solid stay

hot beverages friendly staff well prepared breakfast chipped decor divan beds uncomfortable bed

The room included a good selection of hot beverages and biscuits. The staff members were friendly and cute to both people and pets (they were very attentive to my dog). The breakfast included in the price was well prepared.

I found some of the decor to be chipped. Two divan beds were pushed together, forming a king size bed. It was slightly uncomfortable since the bed was sloping into the middle.

the staff proved helpful.

dinner was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. the roast pork seemed like it sat warming FOR HOURS. the yorkshire pudding? soggy. the EV charging points were not working either, major inconvenience.
