The Borough Lancaster is known for its spacious rooms, some featuring nice views overlooking Dalton Square, and bathrooms often described as spotlessly clean. Guests frequently enjoy the convenient location near Lancaster's main sights and shops, as well as the character-filled pub atmosphere. The availability of a big TV and the delicious food in the pub are recurring highlights.

the room was spacious with a good bathroom i suppose.
the heating i found wasn't working. it was winter, and the room seemed like an icebox. the shower only had two minutes of hot water. honestly, that hardly warms my toes.

I stayed in the Executive Double Room. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The location is superb as it is right in the middle of the city.
I waited 50 min for our food on the first evening. Lights at the table were suddenly turning darker and it was not possible to see the food well. Sleep was bad because of huge amounts of green light flashing coming from the ceiling, we bought eye covers from the chemist for the second night.
