The staff was professional, warm, AND friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal I had was superb. My room was immaculate. It had everything I needed.

the evening meal included varied main courses. each dish was excellently prepared. i especially liked the sea bass. breakfast offered cereals, juices, and yoghurts.

superb food and friendly atmosphere

friendly staff superb breakfast ground floor room kitchen area
i found the staff very friendly. breakfast was superb. all other guests loved their rooms too. my husband and i stayed in room 9, it was on the ground floor and had a kitchen and dining area.
i had to climb two flights of stairs to my bedroom, the mattress was too soft, and the bed cover slipped off several times during the night.

The food was beyond superb for both dinner and breakfast. i recommend trying the lancashire hotpot. It was great. the venue offers a gorgeous evening meal and an excellent breakfast with excellent service.
