the guesthouse was peaceful and very clean. it served a very nice cooked full english breakfast. the staff were pleasant, and i found them to be nice. i also appreciate the great location back from the promenade.

The parking was expensive. Though, i understand the need for it.

The staff was friendly. They seemed helpful . Breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. The location was convenient for getting around.

The room was a bit small. It did not match the pictures online. The kettle in the room contained water from the bathroom tap. The water had an unpleasant taste.

The central location provided easy access to many local attractions. Off-street parking was available. This added convenience. The staff, especially Nee and her partner, provided excellent customer service. Nee greeted every guest by name at breakfast. This.

The shower caddies were rusty and a deep cleaning of the actual shower area would be beneficial.
