the rooms are comfortable and spacious! the hotel has been beautifully renovated i think. it keeps getting better when i come again and again. the continental breakfast was amazing!

the rooms were very tired!! especially the bathroom shower. the toilet cistern groaned all night! there was a hole in the ceiling and wall.

Surprisingly good!

The staff were very sweet and helpful here! I asked many questions and they answered with a smile. Check-in was easy, they even helped with a taxi. The whole place felt warm because of them. Breakfast WAS just right... i loved it.

i found it a LITTLE frustrating THAT karaoke WAS on till 12.10am. I wasn't aware of karaoke.

People working here are very kind and helpful. Staff is always smiling and speaking nicely. They provide assistance with taxi arrangements. Overall service provides a warm feeling.

The location was good as it was close to the attractions I wanted to see.

The room I had wasn't like the pictures online. There was a large hole at the bottom of the door, so I used towels to block it (what else could I do?). the toilet kept running. I tried to ignore it, but it was annoying.

the location was indeed central near the gardens.

My room's bathroom had significant mold issues on the ceiling and around the shower. I really wondered if they had even bothered to inspect it before my arrival. also the tv did not work

The location was superb! it allowed easy access to nearby attractions, it was ideal. staff members seemed attentive. they catered to all needs. our room presented a pleasant surprise! the bedding was fresh, the bathroom was super clean. i thought, all of this added to my stay. the bar proved a good space. i found the selection of drinks enticing, also, the service was both fast and efficient. breakfast offered sufficient choices, all ingredients seemed fresh and appetizing! this provided a great start to my days exploring. the atmosphere felt cute, the decor inviting. the lift provided much convenience. Moving luggage became effortless! the hotel provided convenient parking close by, the process felt smooth and efficient. the comfy beds ensured a restful sleep. i awoke feeling rejuvenated each morning. these small details. i appreciated the entertainment available at the hotel. the acts were enjoyable. the staff were pretty good, always ready to assist. I thought the service was genuine, personal. this added value is something i appreciated. i look forward to a return visit soon.
