just what i needed!

the staff was very friendly. i found the hotel clean and the breakfast was very good. the location is great. i will definitely consider it again.
the floors were a little noisy at night.

the location seemed pretty great to me. it was right at the sea front, I did see it right from my room. the room had tea and coffee in it, I use it a lot. my dog came along, he seemed comfortable.
the hotel really needs some work. I think the heating were inadequate. I had to ask for an extra heater to be honest. it took forever for the room to get warm. the noise was loud in the hotel, I could hear what others said in their rooms.

the staff was friendly and efficient i found the room to be clean with a nice sea view the price was reasonable for a saturday night stay i also appreciated the tv kettle and comfortable bed in the room.
the shower pressure was a little low and the pool table needs repair or replacement.

The breakfast was great with many options. I enjoyed the full english. Staff members were friendly (especially at reception). My room was very clean with a lovely view. The location is superb with easy access to nearby attractions.
The noise from other guests was noticeable due to thin walls.
