i encountered a few issues the tv remote was held together with tape it was quite inconvenient the mattress wasn't very comfortable i slept poorly. though there were cooking rings available there were no pans provided i couldn't cook anything. washing up liquid was available but no cloth was provided it was difficult to clean anything.

the room was clean, and the tea and coffee got topped up daily. i guess thats fine.
the toilet seat sat on a slant, i felt it would fall through the floor anytime. the room felt old, needing serious updates. the window didnt open right, and because its warm, a fan would helped me.
