mixed feelings about the stay
small roomslow communication
the room was smaller than expected , and it lacked a certain comfort. the phone in the room did not work , a considerable inconvenience. i had to use whatsapp to contact reception , a process i found slow and not particularly helpful. there were also not enough cups and mugs for the family in the room.
